Witness Examination Competition
The Witness Examination (WitEx) focuses on demonstrating oral evidence skills, while asking appropriate questions to legally adduce evidence. It was introduced in 2015 and has since held a strong roster of competitors. Academic members from any year are eligible to participate. However, while it may not be necessary, it may be advantageous to have studied Legal Skills (LLB1115) and Evidence Law (LLB3301) prior to competing.
When is it held?
The Witness Examination Competition is to be held during the Autumn session. Further dates and details will be made known via our social media platforms as well as our calendar when they are confirmed.
