Morrisons' Criminal Advocacy Competition
What is it?
Morrison’s Law Group is proud to sponsor the 2019 Criminal Advocacy Competition, designed to encourage and foster aspiring young advocates in criminal law. This competition is the first of its kind in Australia, and will debut in 2019. This competition will focus on the skills required of legal graduates to prepare documents for, and present in court, in bail or sentencing matters. This competition will have a strong practical focus and help you get your head around crucial legislative provisions and principles.
Morrison’s is a specialist criminal and traffic law firm based in Wollongong, representing clients in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales.
The University of Wollongong Law Students’ Society thanks Matt Ward and Graeme Morrison for their kind generosity and support of this initiative and our student competitors.
