Graduating with a University of Wollongong Law degree provides students with potentially unlimited career opportunities, be it a legal career or a non-legal career. The UOW LSS Careers Portfolio aims to inform students of the various career opportunities available to law graduates and provides assistance with applications for internships, clerkships and graduate programs.

Throughout the year the Careers portfolio will provide a number of career initiatives and events to assist students in finding, applying for, and following career aspirations.

Among these events is the 2021 UOW LSS Careers Fair which will highlight a myriad of career opportunities available to UOW law students and graduates. In addition to the Careers Fair the UOW LSS Clerkship Support Scheme will prepare current students with resume building and skills workshops which transcend past Clerkship time and can assist with a variety of graduate positions.

The Careers portfolio will also work with the Publications portfolio to produce the annual Clerkship Guide, the Careers Guide and various other career related publications throughout the year.
